This Office Hours session features Lynn Overmann, VP for Data-Driven Justice at the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, and David Schwindt, Police Officer at the Iowa City Police Department.

Building on their workshop “The Value of Cross-Sector Collaboration: Lessons from the Data-Driven Justice Initiative” presented at Putting Care at the Center 2017 in Los Angeles, CA, Lynn and David briefly describe their work to gather data across criminal justice, health and social service sectors to coordinate services for individuals with complex needs and a history of criminal justice involvement. Lynn and David then answer questions about how to leverage integrated data at all levels of an organization.
