Demonstration pilot: Pledge to Connect

This November 2022 snapshot of Pledge to Connect provides background, progress to date, and next steps on achieving the goal of timely connection to outpatient behavioral healthcare in Camden.

Pledge to Connect is a joint program of the Camden Coalition, Oaks Integrated Care, and Cooper University Health Care. Together, these partners are developing shared workflows to connect individuals with behavioral health needs who show up at hospital emergency departments with the ongoing care and resources they need.
