Kathleen G. Noonan, JD, is President & CEO of the Camden Coalition. Previously, Kathleen spent 10 years working at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). In 2008, Kathleen co-founded PolicyLab at CHOP to connect clinical research with real-world health policy priorities; she later served as an Associate Vice President managing the board and other special projects for the CEO. She continues to serve as adjunct faculty in the Division of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and serves as mediator in numerous public-impact litigations concerning health, behavioral health and human service issues. Kathleen received her JD from Northeastern University School of Law, and her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Senior Director, Data & Quality Improvement
Aaron Truchil serves as the Senior Director of Data & Quality at the Camden Coalition, where he oversees the organization’s data and research activities, including the Coalition’s integrated data system that merges individual-level data from across sectors (health, criminal justice, and other social services), the Coalition’s shared savings performance evaluations, and a variety of applied health services research initiatives aimed at developing an evidence base around community-based care and cost management initiatives.
Prior to joining the Coalition, Aaron worked as a program manager at CamConnect, a non-profit data warehouse in Camden that analyzes and reports on data on the City of Camden’s revitalization. Aaron earned a Master of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. When not in the office, Aaron enjoys spending time in the mountains climbing and hiking.
Chief of Staff
Ashley Humienny is the Chief of Staff at the Camden Coalition. In this role, she helps support the development and implementation of the Coalition’s strategy, along with overseeing the priorities within the CEO’s office. She focuses on enabling the CEO and staff to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and acts as a strategic, consultant, and implementer.
Ashley’s background includes growing and scaling social drivers of health (SDoH) solutions, healthcare technology, and partnership development.
She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University.
Director, Communications & Content Development
Hannah Mogul-Adlin is the senior program manager within the Communications & Content Development department, managing communications for the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs initiative. Prior to joining the Coalition, Hannah worked at Planned Parenthood Southeastern PA as a clinical research coordinator.
Hannah holds a B.A. in Anthropology and a Master of Public Health from Yale University. In her free time, Hannah enjoys reading speculative fiction and organizing queer crafting events.
Chief Administrative Officer
Katie is the Chief Administrative Officer at the Camden Coalition. In this role, she serves as a strategist, consultant, and implementer as well as oversees the streamlining of activities within the organization based on the priorities of the CEO. Previously, Katie worked as a project manager in the Philadelphia office of Schultz & Williams, a consulting firm specializing in the nonprofit sector. When she isn’t working, Katie spends time with her family and friends, swims at her local Y, and continues her search for Philadelphia’s finest baked goods.
Director, Care Management and Redesign Initiatives
Leigh Wilson-Hall serves as the Director of Care Management and Redesign Initiatives. In this role she oversees an interdisciplinary team that works with regional partners to pilot and implement programming to support patients with complex health and social needs. This includes the Camden Coalition’s patient-facing care management initiatives, the Clinical Redesign team and the development and activation of a regional community and health information exchange (CHIE). Leigh previously oversaw the clinical redesign team with a focus on behavioral health, maternal and child health and harm reduction initiatives.
Prior to joining the Coalition, Leigh was with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she worked closely with clinical teams to design and measure community-oriented interventions. Leigh holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about making data more accessible, interdisciplinary models of care, and spending time outside with her family and greyhound.
General Counsel and Senior Director of National Initiatives
Mark Humowiecki leads the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs initiative that seeks to coalesce a new field of healthcare and build a national movement to improve outcomes for individuals with the most complex needs. Previously Mark led the Coalition’s advocacy, communications, and governance efforts.
Before joining the Coalition, Mark served as deputy executive director of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and spent six years practicing employment and civil rights law. Mark earned his bachelors and law degrees from Yale University.
Chief Strategy Officer
Natasha Dravid joined the Coalition in 2013 and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer, working to drive forward the Coalition’s mission of strengthening ecosystems of care, in Camden, the state of NJ, and across the country. In this role she leverages over a decade of experience in complex care, clinical redesign and data-driven practice spanning a wide range of clinical and social focus areas. She brings deep expertise in operationalizing innovation projects that bring together CBOs, providers, payers, policymakers and community members to reimagine healthcare delivery. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a BA in English from Haverford College.
Senior Director, Community Engagement & Capacity Building
In his role as Senior Director of Community Engagement & Capacity Building. Victor focuses on working across the Camden Coalition to design, iterate and operationalize new data-driven interventions that will impact specific segments of the population. Prior to this role, he formed a hospital-based violence intervention program and served as program manager for Camden Coalition’s community-based outreach team. Victor enjoys playing a role in providing better care to Camden City residents and living life.

Alex is Program Manager for Field Building & Resources . She holds a B.A. in international studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has experience working in nonprofit resource development. In her free time, Alex enjoys practicing yoga, cycling, and reading.
Senior Program Manager, Care Management Initiatives
Amadly Remias is a program manager for the Care Management Initiatives team. She received her B.A. in Psychology at Eastern University and plans to go back for her M.S.W.
Born, raised and currently living in Camden, Amadly feels a deep connection with the community and wants to influence positive health to the people through the help of the Camden Coalition.
Program Assistant, HIE & Data Quality
Amanda is a Program Assistant for the Health Information Exchange. Prior to working at the Coalition, Amanda worked at various nonprofits throughout the city of Camden. She received a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and master’s degree from Widener University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, and reading.
Community Health Worker, Care Management Initiatives
Anna Muniz is a community health worker on the Care Management Initiatives team. With several years of experience as a receptionist at a community-based practice in Camden, she’s developed valuable care coordination skills for high-needs patients and continues to incorporate those skills within her current role in which she provides various levels of clinical care assistance on-site during home visits as wells as a liaison for patients who are Spanish-speaking.
Anna grew up in the city of Camden and loves giving back to the community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, reading books, and party decorating with balloons.
Chief Financial Officer
Anthony DePietro, MBA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Camden Coalition, where he develops and implements financial strategies, oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Additionally, Anthony provides essential financial insights to support the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining the Coalition, Anthony managed Morgan Stanley’s Analytics team and served as the Director of Finance for Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore). Anthony holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgian Court University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from Monmouth University.
Associate Director, Community and Health Information Exchange
Arley leads the strategic development and operations of the Camden Coalition’s Regional Community and Health Information Exchange. In addition, Arley works to support the organization’s statewide goals through our Regional Health Hub.
Prior to joining the Coalition, Arley served as Chief Program Officer at Episcopal Community Services where she developed and lead programs that supported Philadelphians seeking to achieve economic mobility. She holds a Master of Social Service and Master of Law and Policy from Bryn Mawr College School of Social Work and Social Research, and a Bachelor of Arts from Ursinus College. She is passionate about the outdoors, travel, and healthcare equity.

Executive Coordinator, Community Health Worker
In her role as Executive Coordinator of Community Health Work, Ashley manages executive leadership’s calendars, oversees scheduling and organizes meetings. In addition, Ashley manages the finances for the department.
Prior to joining the Camden Coalition, Ashley worked as a transportation aide for a senior daycare center, ensuring the safety and comfort of the passengers to the highest degree. She is also currently working towards getting her degree in Addiction Counseling. She is a certified Community Health Worker and Home Health Aide.
Senior Program Manager, Data-Driven Workflows
As the Senior Program Manager for Data-Driven Workflows, Audrey manages the development of workflow, documentation, and reporting tools in the Health Information Exchange for various population health programs within the Clinical Redesign Initiatives team. She also manages a portfolio of maternal health care delivery initiatives and oversees the data-driven patient identification process (triage) for Coalition programs.
Since joining the Camden Coalition in 2012 Audrey has served in various roles performing patient outreach for the Camden Core model, developing and implementing patient-centered care delivery initiatives in partnership with local providers, and coordinating technical assistance. She is passionate about empowerment-based engagement strategies and holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Haverford College.
Tableau Data Analyst, Data & Quality Improvement
As the Tableau Data Analyst, Bethany will develop data visualizations and dashboards, create data intake forms in collaboration with HIE teams, and support data quality assurance workflows.
Before joining the Camden Coalition, she worked for the Public Health Preparedness program within the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, coordinating language access and leading data collection for public health emergencies. Bethany received her Master of Arts in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University.
Housing Coordinator, Care Management Initiatives
Brian is the Housing Coordinator on the Care Management Initiatives team. He has extensive knowledge of community resources throughout Camden City and is passionate about working in the community with folks who are underserved. In his free time, Brian loves spending time with his family and kids, and loves sports!
System Administrator, Information Technology & Learning Management Systems
Brianna is the System Administrator for IT. In this role, she manages the administration, maintenance, and support of IT systems, with a special focus on the Learning Management System (LMS). Bri is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the LMS, monitoring data metrics to track user engagement, course completion rates, and system performance. She also manages system configurations, software updates, and network operations, ensuring efficient and secure technology integration across the organization.
Bri previously worked as a Senior Information Technology Analyst for the Superior Court of New Jersey and as a QA/IT Analyst at Camden County Partnership for Children. In these roles, she specialized in system compliance, quality assurance, data analysis and technical support. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations & Marketing from Rowan University.
Community Health Worker, Behavioral Health Navigator
Brittney is the behavioral health community health worker. She helps the CMI team to provide coordinated care for those patients that need behavioral health support. She enjoys doing outreaches with her church to help those in need locally.
Director, National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, and Technical Assistance
Carter Wilson serves as the Director for the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs initiative. In this role, he works with program leads to plan and launch projects and monitors the progress of organization-wide initiatives, including the Medicaid ACO Demonstration Project.
Carter previously worked with the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health and Human Rights as a Legislative Fellow. He has a Bachelor in Economics and a Master in Commerce and Economics.
Clinical Manager, Social Work
Catherine is the Social Work Coordinator. She helps the CMI team to provide coordinated care for those patients that need behavioral health support, especially those homeless patients in our Housing First program.
Before joining the Coalition, Cathy worked with the Oaks ICMS program, and in the shelter system in Philadelphia. She has a BA in Psychology and an MSW, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
SORS Project Director
Colleen is directing a project to strengthen child protective services by supporting a subcommittee within the New Jersey Department of Children and Families to evaluate, analyze and report on the Department’s performance. Prior to joining the Coalition, Colleen directed children’s health policy and advocacy in the Philadelphia area at Children First and helped direct and provide care at an award-winning, Philadelphia community health center. A long-time nurse and public health professional, Colleen started dancing as a kid, loves live music and making and eating pie.
Data Scientist, Data & Quality Improvement
Senior Program Manager, Data & Quality Improvement
In this role, Danielle co-designs and manages project activities that lead to measurable improvements in complex care program processes and outcomes. She has a Masters in Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a B.S. in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling, attending live music events, and going out to eat with family and friends.
Medical-Legal Partnership Equal Justice Works Fellow
Dawn Ericksen, Esq., is a staff attorney with the Camden Coalition Medical-Legal Partnership and represents clients in a variety of legal matters. Prior to joining the MLP, Dawn was a law clerk to the Hon. Kurt Kramer at the Camden Superior Court in the Criminal Division.
Dawn attended Rutgers University in Camden, achieving a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She also attended Rutgers Law School in Camden, attaining a J.D.
Director, Research and Evaluation
Dawn Wiest directs research and evaluation activities at the Camden Coalition. She works alongside community, clinical, and academic partners to design and execute knowledge-generating projects to improve services for individuals living with complex health and social needs. Her work integrates both qualitative and quantitative methods and data, including cross-sector data to expand understanding of how organizations can work together to strengthen communities.
Dawn has a Ph.D. from Stony Brook University and a B.A. in Sociology from Temple University. Prior to joining the Camden Coalition, she was a Senior Research Analyst at the American College of Physicians and an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Memphis where her research focused on globalization and social movements.
Senior Community Health Worker, Care Management Initiatives & Housing First
Dorothy Scott is a Community Health Worker for Care Management Initiatives, working on the Camden Coalition’s Housing First program. Her primary role involves working with medically and socially complex patients experiencing chronic homelessness. With 25 years of direct care experience, her extensive knowledge of community resources helps patients remain stable in the homes, connecting them to social and medical resources as needed.
In April of 2019, Dorothy received the Brown University Bear Award for Outstanding Direct Care Provider by the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies.

Program Manager, Clinical Redesign Initiatives
Erica LaRocca is a Program Manager for the Clinical Redesign Initiatives teams. In this role she engages with clinical practices and community-based organizations to run pilot programs and troubleshoot system level issues. Erica primarily focuses on the Coalition’s maternal health initiatives and harm reduction portfolio.
Previously at the Camden Coalition, Erica worked as a Community Health Worker and provided telephonic care management for people with complex health and social needs. She holds an MPH in Global Health from Drexel University.
Associate Director, Community Engagement & Capacity Building
In her role, Evelyne is focused on ensuring that people with lived experience are equal partners in the work of improving systems and services for those navigating health and social complexities. She is honored to work alongside community leaders from across the U.S. through the National Consumer Scholars, to support partnerships between complex care organizations and people with lived experience through Amplify: A consumer voices bureau, and to lead the co-design of a national strategy to advance community engagement through the INSPIRE project.
Previously, Evelyne worked on public benefits access at Benefits Data Trust and supported community-driven social care at the Penn Center for Community Health Workers. She holds a Master of Public Health from Temple University. Outside of work, Evelyne is a mom, traveler, and devoted to her family, friends, and community.
Associate Director, Education & Training
Gladys Antelo-Allen serves as the Associate Director of Education and Training within the Field Building & Resources department at the Camden Coalition. In this role, Gladys provides subject matter expertise in the development of content and curriculum related to complex care, facilitates trainings, and offers expert advising to health systems and community-based organizations both locally and nationally through technical assistance partnerships.
Before this role, Gladys worked as a Senior Nurse Care Coordinator within the Population Health Initiatives at the Camden Coalition working with patients experiencing complex health and social needs. Gladys engaged patients in the community to meet their goals and worked with health systems and partners to provide coordinated, high-quality care. During that time, she also co-developed the COACH engagement framework and RELATE supervisory model. Gladys uses her experiences in the field engaging with patients and systems, to help coach and train other organizations and professionals. A Licensed Practical Nurse by training, Gladys graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 2012.

Janine Gibbons is a licensed RN and the Associate Director of the Technical Assistance department. As the Associate Director, Janine supports the planning and implementation of department-led projects and technical assistance contracts aimed at advancing care for individuals with complex health and social needs.
Before joining the Camden Coalition, Janine Gibbons was the Director of Care Coordination at Delaware Valley Community Health. Janine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Swarthmore College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Isenberg School of Management.
Medical-Legal Partnership Consulting Attorney
Jeremy Spiegel is the consulting attorney for the Medical-Legal Partnership. Jeremy is trained as a litigator, and has extensive experience representing homeless and low-income individuals in a range of matters.
Jeremy has a J.D. and a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Senior Community Health Worker, Care Management Initiatives
Jessica Cordero is the senior community health worker for Care Management Initiatives. With several years of experience managing a busy community-based primary care practice in Camden, she currently uses the same skills coordinating care for the project’s high needs patients. Additionally, she provides various levels of clinical assistance on site during home visits, as well as a liaison for patients who are Spanish-speaking. In serving patients who are medically and socially complex, she has become a dependable and trusted resource for these city residents. Jessica grew up in Camden and earned a degree as a Medical Assistant in New Jersey.
Program Manager, Information Technology & Data Security (Consultant)
John Kosick is the Program Manager for the Strategy & Information team. He provides user and network administration support for the Camden Coalition office as well as providing technical support to other non-profits in Camden and Philadelphia. John has a B.S. in Physics from Stockton College.
Medical Director, Care Management Initiatives
As the Camden Coalition’s Medical Director, Jubril Oyeyemi works alongside an interdisciplinary team of nurses, community health workers, and social workers on our care management initiatives. In addition to his position at the Camden Coalition, Jubril is the Medical Director of Community Health Institute at Virtua and Founder & Chief Medical Officer of the Cherry Hill Free Clinic.
Jubril graduated from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania and earned his medical degree from the Penn State College of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Kelsey Salazar, MPH, is a Senior Program Manager for Field Building and Resources. In this role, she provides facilitation and coalition-building support to technical assistance contracts.
Before joining the Camden Coalition, Kelsey led cross-sector assessment and implementation collaboratives to address community health and social needs in greater Philadelphia. She received her B.A. from the University of Florida and her Master of Public Health from Emory University.
Program Manager, Community Connections
Associate Director, Communications and Content Development
Kevin Kunzmann is the Associate Director of Communications and Content Development and in this role, he supports the Communications Department by overseeing the planning, production and publication of the Camden Coalition’s written content. This includes, but is not limited to, briefs, reports, blogs and commentary, program snapshots, and patient stories.
Prior to joining the Camden Coalition, Kevin worked as an Editorial Director with healthcare publishing company MJH Life Sciences, overseeing multiple news sites and peer-reviewed publications across various specialties of medicine. He also worked as a Government and Health Reporter for the daily newspaper the Pocono Record.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Rowan University, and is currently enrolled in a Master’s in Public Health program.
Senior Program Manager, Human Resources
Kim is the senior program manager for Human Resources. Kim provides human resource support functions, assists with recruitment and on-boarding of new hires and interns, and provides benefits support to the Coalition. When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying live music, and a good book.
Staff attorney, Medical-Legal Partnership
Landon Hacker is an attorney with the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers. His practice areas include criminal, municipal/traffic, family, landlord-tenant, estate planning, and public benefits/assistance. Landon graduated from Rutgers Law School (Camden) in 2020, and received the Maida Post-Graduate Public Interest Fellowship in 2021 and 2022. Landon has dedicated his life to serving those with substance abuse and mental health issues.
In his free time, Landon enjoys playing tennis and chess, and supporting Philly sports.
Associate Director, Harm Reduction Programs
As the Associate Director for Harm Reduction Programs within the Care Management & Redesign Initiatives department, Laura manages a portfolio that includes our Housing First program, Office-Based Addiction Treatment training and pilots, and other projects that emerge in the Harm Reduction space. Laura’s previous work has centered on LGBTQ health, most recently serving as the Director of RHD Morris Home, an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment program serving individuals from the transgender community with a history of homelessness. Laura has a master’s in social work from Temple University and a bachelor’s in communications from Michigan State University.

Program Specialist, Population Health Initiatives
In her role as a Program Specialist, Lisa oversees the telephonic workflow and triage/navigation for the Pledge to Connect program, a behavioral health focus program. She leads improvement efforts to better patient experiences as well as health outcomes. In addition to the Pledge to Connect program, Lisa supports the CORE team with social work consults for those individuals with behavioral health needs.

Executive Coordinator & Board Liaison
Lourdes Caban is the Executive Coordinator for the Camden Coalition. She works with the Executive Leadership team and helps to coordinate day-to-day operations, as well as serving as the liaison for the Board of the organization. Lourdes loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, baking, and enjoying life.
Program Manager, Field Building & Resources
Margaux Bigelow is a Program Manager within the Field Building & Resources department, where she works across training and education, technical assistance, and community-based organization (CBO) capacity-building initiatives. She has prior experience in the global health field, collaborating with community stakeholders on HIV and health education programming. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Tulane University. In her free time, Margaux enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, as well as practicing yoga.
Associate Director, Care Management Initiatives
Marisol Caban joined the Camden Coalition in 2016, and currently directs the operations of the Camden Core Model, Housing First, Neighbors in Health, and other programs within the Care Management & Redesign Initiatives. She previously led the Accountable Health Communities model for five years, which used a social determinants of health screening to address critical gaps between clinical care and community services for Medicare and Medicaid participants.
Marisol has an A.A.S. in Human Services from Rowan University at Burlington County, as well as a Certificate of Healthcare Leadership from Duke Corporate Education.
Program Manager, Community Engagement
Maritza Gomez is the Program Manager for Community Engagement. In her role, she coordinates the Coalition’s Faith in Prevention program which provides educational opportunities for faith-based organizations in Camden to incorporate nutrition and exercise into spiritual well-being. Maritza also serves as a support staff person in the Coalition’s community engagement efforts, specifically providing COACH model training throughout the city. She is passionate about serving as a liaison and advocate for the Spanish-speaking community in Camden. Maritza is currently attending Camden County College to pursue a degree in nursing.
General Counsel and Senior Director, National Initiatives
Mark Humowiecki leads the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs initiative that seeks to coalesce a new field of healthcare and build a national movement to improve outcomes for individuals with the most complex needs. Previously Mark led the Coalition’s advocacy, communications, and governance efforts.
Before joining the Coalition, Mark served as deputy executive director of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and spent six years practicing employment and civil rights law. Mark earned his bachelors and law degrees from Yale University.
Senior Program Manager, Housing First
Mary Pelak, MSW, LSW oversees the daily clinical and administrative workflows for Housing First patients. Previously, she managed the Coalition’s hospital-based team focusing on outreach and new patient engagement. Mary received her B.A. from Beloit College and her M.S.W. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Director, Grants and Development
Matthew is the Director of Grants and Development. In this role, he spearheads the formulation and execution of the Coalition’s fundraising strategy. Prior to joining the Coalition, Matthew worked as a Program Manager and Grants Coordinator on the International Programs team at Solidarite Sida, one of the main French HIV/AIDS organizations, based in Paris.
Matthew holds an M.A. in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Durban, South Africa) and a B.A. in International Relations and German Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
Program Coordinator, Information Systems & Data Security
Matthew Lavranchuk is a program coordinator in the IT department, assisting with troubleshooting and day-to-day technology operations. He is currently a computer science student at Rowan University and has been working in IT support for 3 years prior to joining the Coalition. In his free time, Matthew enjoys practicing, playing, and listening to music.

Melitza Beltran is Human Resources Generalist for the Human Resources department. She earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Rowan Burlington County College and is currently working on her Bachelor of Science in Business with a Human Resources Management certificate.
Communications Coordinator
Mica is the Communications Coordinator at the Camden Coalition. In this role, she assists the communications team with content development, website management, and the organization of systems to maximize efficiency, increase comprehension of services, and widen the reach of the organization in order to better address the complex needs of the communities and partners the Camden Coalition serves.
Before this role, Mica worked for an advance care planning nonprofit tech-startup in Philadelphia. Mica studied Global Journalism at Drexel and is currently attending the Lew Klein College of Media and Communication at Temple University.
Associate Clinical Director of Care Management and Redesign Initiatives
Michelle serves as the Associate Clinical Director of Care Management and Redesign Initiatives. In this role, she oversees the coordination and administration of the ongoing programs within the Clinical Redesign portfolio, which focus on piloting workflows and initiatives to improve access and quality of care in Camden and across the region. Additionally, she oversees clinical quality improvement and quality assurance across the department in consultation with the leadership of the care management teams and the Camden Coalition’s Medical Director.
Michelle has held various nursing roles in acute care and community settings including providing community-based care coordination to Camden city residents with medical and social complexity, particularly working with pregnant and parenting clients who use substances. She brings to this role subject matter expertise in leveraging patient-facing work to drive systems change.
Associate Director, Community Engagement and Capacity Building
Morgan Steward is the Associate Director of Community Engagement and Capacity Building. In this role, she helps support the development and implementation of the Coalition’s strategy along with overseeing the priorities within the CEO’s office. In addition to this, Morgan is the organization’s board liaison and works closely with the CEO to help manage the Board of Trustees and committees of the board. Currently, she is also the Coalition’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee co-chair. Morgan is also working to complete her MPA
Senior Program Manager, Clinical Redesign Initiatives
In her role as a Senior Program Manager for Clinical Redesign Initiatives, Mouy manages a portfolio of projects that involve designing and implementing referral workflows for disease prevention and behavioral health, as well as Health Information Exchange (HIE) activation and data/documentation quality improvement efforts. In previous work, she led pilots and implementations of electronic health records (EHR) and documentation strategies in a variety of healthcare settings with the goal of improving clinical workflows to create a better patient experience and health outcomes.
Mouy is trained in Lean Six Sigma (a quality improvement approach) at Drexel University and holds a B.S. in Biology from Temple University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in U.S. National Parks, telling funny stories, and spending time with her family and friends.
Chief Strategy Officer
Natasha Dravid joined the Coalition in 2013 and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer, working to drive forward the Coalition’s mission of strengthening ecosystems of care, in Camden, the state of NJ, and across the country. In this role she leverages over a decade of experience in complex care, clinical redesign and data-driven practice spanning a wide range of clinical and social focus areas. She brings deep expertise in operationalizing innovation projects that bring together CBOs, providers, payers, policymakers and community members to reimagine healthcare delivery. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a BA in English from Haverford College.

Ramses Bordeaux stands at the forefront of technological innovation and strategic leadership as the Associate Director of Information Systems & Technology. With a profound understanding of the ever-evolving landscape of information technology, Ramses has dedicated his career to driving organizations towards digital excellence and operational efficiency.
Before joining the Camden Coalition, Ramses worked as a Regional Cybersecurity Specialist in the healthcare sector. Ramses holds a Bachelor of Science in IT Management and is pursuing an MBA.
Associate Director, Curriculum and Content Development
Rebecca Koppel, LSW, MPH is the Associate Director of Curriculum and Content Development for the Field Building & Resources department where she develops curriculum and other content for the field of complex care, supports complex care ecosystems around the country, and oversees the planning and implementation of other complex care field-building initiatives.
Rebecca has a BA in neuroscience at Wesleyan University and a masters of social work and a masters of public health from the University of Pennsylvania. before this role, she researched homelessness and police-alternative crisis response programs, supported the capacity of homeless services providers, and delivered care in healthcare and social service settings.
Director of Education and Training
Renee is the Director of Education and Training at the CamdenCoalition. In this role she creates content and curriculum, facilitates training on our COACH and RELATE models, and offers expert advising to health systems and community-based organizations both locally and across the nation. She is a Subject Matter Expert in Complex Care delivery, the Camden Core Model, and the COACH and RELATE frameworks. She supported the development of the Camden Coalition’s COACH and RELATE patient engagement strategies, both of which have been scaled at Boston Medical Center, Providence St. Joseph’s Health System, and other health systems andsocial service organizations across the country.
She spent several years leading, guiding, and mentoring the nurses, social workers, and CHWs on the Coalition’s Care Management Team, who work with individuals living with medical and social complexities throughout the city of Camden, New Jersey.
Renee’s earlier work at the Camden Coalition focused on designing and implementing a group prenatal and pediatric care model that worked with pregnant individuals throughout the City of Camden.
Prior to joining the Camden Coalition, Renee was a teacher and admissions director at a local high school. She also worked as a RN on an oncology unit at a Philadelphia hospital in addition to working as a Forensic Nurse Examiner – Certified Sexual Assault in Camden County. She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and secondary education and from Rutgers University, where she earned her BSN.
Staff Accountant
Richard Kim is the Staff Accountant at the Camden Coalition. In this role, Richard works alongside the Director of Finance and the Associate Controller of Finance and provides essential support to the finance team. Richard is responsible for reviewing and ensuring the alignment of expenditure coding with budgets and grant funding requirements, assisting with month-end procedures to meet established deadlines, completing bank account reconciliations and analyzing financial activity while adhering to internal controls and recommending process improvements to enhance the accuracy, and maintain the integrity, of organizational and HIE finance records.
Before serving in this role, Richard worked at an accounting firm and gained valuable experience on filing personal, corporate, S Corporation, partnership, and trust/estate tax filings. He also supported the firm in their audit processes, managed payroll, and provided additional HR services. Richard’s comprehensive experience encompasses tax preparation and compliance, payroll management and more!
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Maryville University and he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in order to further develop his already well-rounded proficiency in financial and administrative duties, with the goal of graduating in 2025.
Associate Controller Finance
Rosa Mora is an Associate Controller for the Finance team. In this role, she plays a pivotal role in directing the accounting functions at the Camden Coalition. This includes generating regular financial reports and upholding a robust system of accounting records to meet both financial and tax obligations and more. Rosa is a graduate of Rowan University and holds a master’s degree in accounting and management.
Program Manager, Field Building & Resources
Ryan is a Program Manager for Field Building & Resources. In this role, he helps implement projects and technical assistance contracts, while supporting the development of field-facing content. He holds both a bachelor’s degree (from the College of New Jersey) and a master’s degree (from Indiana University) in Gender Studies. Prior to working at the Coalition, Ryan was an Associate Instructor in the department of Gender Studies at Indiana University Bloomington, where he was also a PhD candidate researching the social history of self-care. In his downtime, Ryan enjoys cooking, going to the movies, and doing yoga.
Nurse Care Coordinator, Care Management & Redesign Initiatives
Sandra Drake has been a professional licensed registered nurse in NY and NJ since 1986. In her current position at the Camden Coalition, she provides care coordination to all of our patients with complex health and social needs, with the goal of improving their health outcomes. Sandra believes that nursing isn’t just a profession — it is a passion for caring for the whole person in order to provide the quality of care that patients deserve.
Director, Technical Assistance
Sheryl serves as Director of Technical Assistance where she leads technical assistance, learning collaboratives, and cross-sector partnerships to build and improve ecosystems for complex care. Sheryl is public health practitioner specializing in strategic planning and service systems improvement for vulnerable, and marginalized populations.
Prior to joining the Camden Coalition, Sheryl was Senior Director for Community Health at Altarum where she led maternal and child health workforce development and cross-sector systems building, technical assistance, and evaluation initiatives aimed at improving equitable access to quality healthcare services for women and children. She earned a master’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in public health with a focus on population and family health from Columbia University.
Senior Program Manager for Analytics & Informatics
Stephen Singer serves as the Senior Program Manager for Analytics & Informatics where he works on data strategy, analysis, and visualization of the Coalition’s patient data and related content area datasets. Stephen is interested in data-informed community organizing and institutional design.
Prior to joining the Coalition, Stephen worked as a Data Specialist with Benefits Data Trust, the Executive Director at CamConnect (Camden’s non-profit data warehouse and civic research organization), and the Senior Research Manager at the Philadelphia Center City District. Stephen holds a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Population Studies and Social Problem Solving from Rutgers University.

Taylor Brown is the Program Assistant for Community Engagement & Capacity Building. In this role, she assists in managing the Community Ambassador Program, Youth Ambassador Program, Community Advisory Committee, and other community engagement initiatives.
Taylor received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Iona University, as well as a minor in Diversity & Social Welfare and a minor in Criminal Justice. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys watching sports and spending time at the beach.

Teri Willard is the Communitions Manager for the Communications and Content Development team. In this role, she manages social media strategies, graphic designs, internal photography, and more to help highlight Camden Coalition’s work and offerings.
Prior to joining Camden Coalition, Teri worked with the Foundation and Volunteer Services Departments at Inspira Health Network and with the Lourdes ACO team. Teri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Stockton University.
Senior Community Health Worker, Care Management Initiatives & Housing First
Thomas Hamilton is a community health worker on the Care Management Initiatives team. In this role, he provides support for the Camden Coalition’s care teams, which seek to improve health outcomes for complex, vulnerable patients through intensive care management activities. Tommy has 14 years of experience in the mental health field, assisting and educating individuals about their illnesses and helping them integrate into the community by unlocking human potential. He received his certification in massage therapy.
Data Scientist, Analytics & Informatics
Tyler conducts research and analysis using integrated geospatial data from administrative and institutional sources. He attended Stockton twice, completing undergraduate degrees in computer science and psychology. Tyler then moved to Minneapolis to pursue graduate education at the University of Minnesota, where he earned a Ph.D. in psychology in 2016. While in grad school, his research focused on meta-analysis, publication bias, and questionable research practices.
Senior Director, Community Engagement & Capacity Building
In his role as Senior Director of Community Engagement & Capacity Building. Victor focuses on working across the Camden Coalition to design, iterate and operationalize new data-driven interventions that will impact specific segments of the population. Prior to this role, he formed a hospital-based violence intervention program and served as program manager for Camden Coalition’s community-based outreach team. Victor enjoys playing a role in providing better care to Camden City residents and living life.
Program Assistant, Triage & Operations
In her role as a community health worker, Ya’Shauna identifies patients’ social needs and connects them to resources in the community. She has experience teaching patients how to navigate the system and utilizes their community resources.
