
Aaron Truchil serves as the Director of Strategy & Analytics at the Camden Coalition, where he oversees the organization’s data and research activities, including the Coalition’s integrated data system that merges individual-level data from across sectors (health, criminal justice, and other social services), the Coalition’s shared savings performance evaluations, and a variety of applied health services research initiatives aimed at developing an evidence base around community-based care and cost management initiatives. Prior to joining the Coalition, Aaron worked as a program manager at CamConnect, a non-profit data warehouse in Camden that analyzes and reports on data on the City of Camden’s revitalization. Aaron earned a Master of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. When not in the office, Aaron enjoys spending time in the mountains climbing and hiking.
