Developed through a year-long process, this plan reflects both progress in the field and a clear reality: even the strongest interventions cannot succeed in fragmented ecosystems. In response, we are doubling down on our commitment to strengthening health and social care ecosystems—because lasting impact depends on how well systems work together.
