Care management & redesign Strengthening ecosystems of care COVID response Homelessness & housing

Quarantine hotels/motels have been important models among health and community-based organizations working to protect individuals experiencing homeless or housing instability during the COVID-19 pandemic. The strategies and approaches in communities are now shifting from these urgent and temporary initiatives towards a comprehensive re-housing strategy.

This is the second webinar on COVID-19 and housing co-hosted by the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers’ National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, the National Alliance to End Homelessness, and the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH); the first webinar focused on promising practices and resources for quarantine hotels. In this webinar, participants learned about the re-housing landscape in the COVID-19 era, including key considerations and values for prioritizing strategies and allocating available funds.
