The Beehive
The Beehive is the conference’s innovation and semi-structured networking space. It contains both presentation stations sourced through a competitive call for applications and sponsor exhibit booths. Sponsors can choose to staff their booth only during the dedicated, high -traffic Beehive sessions or throughout the duration of the conference. In the latter case, high-traffic times will include transition times between sessions and refreshment breaks. Learn more about the Beehive.
Sponsor booths in the Beehive
Sponsors can request a complimentary electric hook-up for their booth by checking the relevant box in the Sponsor Deliverables Portal. A few months prior to the conference, sponsors will be prompted to request any AV equipment they require for their booth from our third-party vendor. The cost of this equipment is not included in sponsorship packages. Pathbreaker, Field Builder, and Innovator level sponsors are given the option of a standard size booth or a double size booth. Pathbreaker, Field Builder, Innovator, and Advocate level sponsors are placed in prime locations in the Beehive (examples include central locations, near food and beverage stations, and near entrances).
Registration
All individuals who wish to access the conference venue must register for the conference. This includes individuals who will staff the sponsor exhibit booths in the Beehive. Registration provides access to all conference content, meals, and events. All sponsorship packages include a predetermined number of complimentary registrations, and sponsors can purchase additional registrations as needed. While sponsors can use their complimentary registrations for whomever they choose, they must ensure the individuals staffing their booth are registered for the conference.
Attendee contact list
One week prior to the conference, confirmed sponsors will receive the list of all individuals (name, title, organization, email address) who have registered by that date and who have not opted out of receiving promotional outreach from conference sponsors.
