The Camden Coalition Open House is a full-day education session for individuals and organizations interested in learning about our approach to transforming healthcare cost and delivery for individuals with complex health and social needs. The Open House features presentations from organization leaders on the Camden Coalition’s history, programs, strategies, and tactics.

Attendees will gain a basic understanding of how the Camden Coalition has operationalized innovative interventions that rely on our data-driven approach and the building of diverse coalitions. They will also learn how the Coalition is working alongside other experts across the country to build a field and movement in complex care.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Open House scheduled for April 30, 2020 has been postponed. We will publicize a new date once it has been rescheduled.
