Scholarship details
This scholarship is being offered to connect CalAIM providers and managed care plans (MCPs) to the national complex care community of practice. The scholarship will foster opportunities for MCP and ECM/CS partners to strengthen their professional relationships with one another through a shared experience and to connect with other complex care stakeholders and leaders from across the country.
Scholarship recipients will receive:
- Free registration to attend Putting Care at the Center 2023, November 1-3,
- Free 3-night stay (Oct. 31 – Nov. 2) at the Boston Park Plaza (conference hotel), and
- $400 travel allowance to cover flights and ground transportation.
Eligibility
To qualify for the scholarship, the ECM/CS provider must attend with a paying-MCP partner. With 15 provider scholarships available, priority will be given to representation from a variety of plans. Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis for the first application from each MCP, with additional awards available to the MCP’s ECM/CS partners after September 30, based on uptake. A total of 15 scholarships (paired with 15 paid-MCP registrations) are available.
