Nominations are now being accepted until February 16, 2024 for the Complex Care Supervisors’ Core Competencies Working Group.

The working group will help create a set of core competencies for complex care supervisors, including supervisors overseeing frontline staff, people with lived experience, programs, and/or organizational partnerships.

Working group members will brainstorm, review, revise, and discuss materials to define core competencies for complex care supervisors. These core competencies will inform the creation of a new set of courses for supervisors that mirrors our Complex Care Certificate for frontline staff. The working group members will also have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the courses developed from the core competencies. We are looking for experts with diverse experiences and backgrounds.

To nominate yourself or someone else for the working group, fill out the nomination form no later than February 16, 2024. A more detailed timeline of the application process is included below. Please share this opportunity with your professional network!

If you need any modifications to complete and submit this application, please reach out to Margaux Bigelow at [email protected]

  • Experience supervising staff with lived experience, such as peers and community health workers
