Early bird registration open until October 31, 2018 for annual conference
The Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs is holding its third annual conference this December, co-hosted with Rush University Medical Center and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Early bird tickets for Putting Care at the Center 2018 are on sale now, and the $100 discount off of general admission prices has been extended through the end of October.
Join us in Chicago December 5-7 for two days of learning, sharing, and advancing the field of complex care. Putting Care at the Center 2018 will feature inspiring plenaries, hands-on workshops, an interactive Beehive, and a keynote address from MacArthur “Genius” Grantee Ai-jen Poo. On December 5, our partners are offering pre-conferences on addiction medicine, medical-legal partnerships, and innovating for rural and urban underserved populations.
Need another reason to attend? The conference will be the venue for unveiling the Blueprint for Complex Care, the strategic plan for the field of complex care, which we have been working on alongside the Center for Health Care Strategies and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Conference attendees will be the first to get their hands on a copy of the Blueprint.
This year’s conference theme is Complex Care, Today and Tomorrow. Learn from experts in the field, share new avenues for future innovation, and explore how complex care results in healthier patients, happier providers, more efficient systems, and stronger communities.
Don’t wait! Get your early bird ticket by October 31. Scholarships and student discounts are also available.
