Access Camden: Social Services Symposium
Access Camden: Social Services Symposium connected Cooper Medical Students with the Camden community to educate them on the many social determinants of health that their patients face everyday. The goal of the Symposium was to convey as much concrete information as possible to the students so that they could share this knowledge with their patients in the clinic and incorporate new techniques into their daily interaction with patients.
Collectively, as a community, we are constantly striving to improve the quality of care and the quality of life of our patients and we hope to best serve their needs by collaborating with each other and staying up-to-date on available resources in the Camden community.
