Dear Partners,

I am pleased to share with you that I have been honored with the 2013 MacArthur Fellowship Award.  I am humbled by the recognition and proud that the hard work we have all been doing together in Camden, across the state and the country has received this very significant national recognition.  For the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, this award will vault our work to a new level of visibility and help us realize our vision for the City of Camden- to be the first city in the country to bend the cost curve and improve quality citywide. This is an opportunity to highlight the impact of our deep rooted collaborative efforts on the transformative health care work we are all doing.

With the impending implementation of major provisions of the Affordable Care Act and the special recognition of this award, I think 2014 is going to be an exciting year for CCHP and for innovative health care work across the country. Our accomplishments are strengthened and supported by the hard work of all of you. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey and we look forward to the challenging work ahead.
